Our Process
The process starts by sending us your pets Rabies Vaccine information. During the appointment our team will scan your pet’s microchip, draw and prepare the blood for the test and send it off overseas via FEDEX to BioBest Laboratories in the UK for processing.
Receiving results can take from 4-8 weeks, therefore they can get busy during peak travel seasons example: Hurricane Season and Winter Holidays. They send the results to the owner via email as well as a physical copy via traditional mail accounting for the extended time frame of up to 8 weeks.
