The Mobile Vet Company is looking for a confident and experienced DVM to join our dynamic mobile veterinary team. You’ll provide expert care in the comfort of our clients’ homes across the beautiful Cayman Islands, offering everything from wellness exams and diagnostics to minor surgical procedures.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an A-Player—a veterinarian who:

  • Thrives in an independent, client-centered environment
  • Has 2–3+ years of experience (preferred)
  • Brings strong skills in general medicine and minor procedures
  • Is a self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging
  • Is comfortable (or open to being!) on camera for Instagram & Facebook Live

If you’re looking to practice meaningful, relationship-based veterinary care while connecting with a supportive and fun-loving team, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-home exams, diagnostics, and treatments  
  • Administer vaccines, microchips, and travel health exams  
  • Perform minor procedures (e.g., wound care) and routine ultrasounds  
  • Offer compassionate in-home euthanasia  
  • Manage your own medical inventory and mobile setup  
  • Educate clients and support community engagement on social media

Job Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Basic tech proficiency (Gmail, Google Calendar, Dropbox)
  • Valid driver’s license & clean police record
  • Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs safely)
  • Willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands (Candidates are responsible for their own travel and housing)

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: $4,000 – $5,200 KYD/month ($5,000 – $6,500 USD)
  • Flexible hours & work-life balance
