Dr. Vanessa and Jessica were incredibly gentle, kind, and knowledgeable, especially important as this was Marley’s first veterinary visit outside of CIHS. My husband and I felt completely reassured after their visit, and we are confident in continuing with their services moving forward. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly loving, gentle, and patient with him — which meant the world to us, especially since this was his very first interaction with vets. They made Max feel so comfortable and safe, and it was clear they truly care about the animals they treat. We’re so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
